Paper Feeding Method

The paper feeding method can be divided into front edge paper feeding, suction belt paper feeding, and manual paper feeding. Among these, front edge paper feeding offers the highest degree of automation and is the most popular choice for customers. The principle of suction belt paper feeding is similar to front edge paper feeding, but instead of a front edge roller, a suction belt is used as the conveying device. Manual paper feeding requires cardboard to be fed into the machine one by one manually. You can choose the paper feeding method based on your specific needs.

 

Knife Adjustment Method

Our machines are available with three blades adjustment methods: manual, electric, and servo. The manual method requires the moving blades to be disassembled and assembled manually. The electric method is simpler, allowing the operator to adjust the blade position by pressing a button at the back of the machine. The servo knife adjustment is the most advanced, where the operator only needs to input the desired size into the PLC control panel, and the blade and crimping shaft will automatically adjust, saving both time and effort. You can select the method that best suits your needs.

 

Paper Collection Table (Optional, mainly for front edge and suction belt paper feeding)

When used in combination with a thin blade machine, this table features an automatic sorting function, making it easy for staff to collect the processed cardboard. Since the manual paper feeding method is slower, it is more suitable for machines with front edge or suction belt paper feeding.

 

Scope of Application

This machine is primarily used for slitting and processing corrugated cardboard (available in 3, 5, or 7 layers).
