Suitable for manufacturers that producing three-layer(top paper+corrugated paper+bottom paper) paperboard.
After the two-layer paper are produced, workers need to use gluing machine to glue it with top paper to form a 3 ply corrugated paperboard.
This solution is more economical in price, but automation degree is lower.

Reel roll stand + Single facer machine + Rewinding machine
2Ply Corrugated Line with Rewinding Machine
Suitable for manufacturers that mainly produce two-layer(corrugated paper+bottom paper) paperboard.
The rewinder will roll up the two-layer corrugated board for easy transportation.
There are different types of single facer machine speeds and rewinder types to choose from.
