Common configurations include three blades with four creasing wheels, four blades with six creasing wheels, and five blades with eight creasing wheels. The blades and creasing wheels can be adjusted manually or electrically. A paper collection table can also be configured to meet customer needs.

Furthermore, the slitting blades are made of high-quality tungsten steel alloy, ensuring smooth, crack-free, and burr-free cardboard. Rubber wheels on either side of the thin blade press the cardboard tightly, effectively solving problems such as insufficient creasing, deviation, and poor straightness.
