The working principle of single-faced corrugated machine mainly includes the following key steps and components:
Facing paper wheel: The facing paper enters the facing paper wheel through a set of bridge wheels, is pre-pressed by the surface roller, and then transferred to the next corrugated wheel.
Corrugated paper wheel: This is the core component of the single-faced corrugated board machine. By controlling the corrugated paper on the corrugated paper wheel, the parameters such as the corrugation height and wavelength are controlled to produce corrugated board of different
specifications and shapes. The corrugated paper on the corrugated paper wheel is divided into three layers, the inner layer is high-wave corrugated paper, the middle layer is medium-wave corrugated paper, and the outer layer is low-wave corrugated paper. When the facing paper passes through the corrugated paper wheel, the corrugated paper transfers the corrugated characteristics to the facing paper to form a corrugated board.

Hot glue shaftless printing machine: It is used to spray hot melt glue horizontally onto the corrugated paper to form the forming structure of the corrugated board. The equipment uses hot melt adhesive spraying technology, which makes the glue spraying more uniform, greatly improving the quality and stability of the corrugated cardboard.
Adhesive wheel: The corrugated cardboard with calendered surface is bonded with hot melt adhesive to form a single-sided corrugated cardboard.
