The process requirements of single facer corrugated machines mainly include the following aspects:
Adhesion strength: The adhesion strength of single-sided corrugated board must meet the requirements. When the board is peeled off within 2 minutes after it comes out, the bonding points between the corrugated board and the core paper and the inner paper cannot be peeled off.
Glue coating width: The glue coating width should be controlled between 1mm and 2mm to ensure that the corrugated board and the inner paper or core paper are evenly and firmly bonded, and there is no degumming or blistering on the surface.
Appearance quality: The corrugated board should have no corrugation tilt or collapse, consistent color, smooth surface, no obvious wrinkles or damage, and the integrity meets the requirements.
Quality inspection standards: During the production process, the first 10 meters of cardboard must be strictly inspected according to the process requirements. Normal production can only be accelerated after the requirements are met. During the production process, it should be checked every 5 minutes and adjusted appropriately to ensure that the cardboard meets the process requirements.
