4. Before restarting the high-speed semi-automatic double-piece stitching machine equipment, carefully check the machine's moving parts (rollers, shafts), remove waste paper, debris, etc. from these parts, and confirm the reliability of its fixed positions. Pay attention to other people around the machine should be in a safe position. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating.
