Carton box production line is a set of machines that carton manufacturers must have. It contains three machines in total, and can turn the 3 layer, 5 layers and 7 layers cardboard into complete cartons through printing, slotting, die cutting, folding and gluing. In addition, there is a carton strapping machine at the end of the whole set of machines, which can stack and strap the processed cartons. Carton box printing slotting die cutting machine

This is the first machine in the carton box production line. It can be divided into the four units: feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and die cutting unit. Feeding unit can feed cardboard into the subsequent printing units. According to different paper feeding effects and prices, it can be divided into lead edge feeding, free pressure lead edge feeding and chain feeding.

Printing unit can print the cardboard according to the number of colors, printing patterns and printing effect required by the customer. The whole printing system adopts the water ink printing system, which is environmentally friendly and had good printing effect.

Slotting and die cutting unit are mainly used to cut cardboard according to the shape of the carton. Slotting unit is mainly used for cutting regular shape cartons and the die cutting unit is mainly for cutting irregular shape cartons.

Carton folding gluing machine

This is the second machine in the carton box production line. It is connected behind the carton box printing slotting die cutting machine. It first folds the two sides of the printed and cut cardboard, and then glue together to form a carton.

In the process of folding and gluing, it is equipped with alignment and deviation correction devices, which make the cardboard folding position more accurate and the crease more beautiful. It also has fast gluing speed and high production efficiency, and the maximum gluing speed can reach 220 sheets per minute. In addition, it is also equipped with hot and cold glue, cold glue bonding, hot glue shaping, with strong bonding effect.

Carton strapping machine

This is the third and the last machine in the whole production line. It is connected behind the carton folding gluing machine. After the cartons have been glued, they will be stacked according to the set quantity. After stacking is completed, they will be automatically strapped after being aligned and turned on the conveyor table, eliminating the trouble of manual stacking and strapping.
