Product Overview

Our carton folding and gluing machine is a fully computerized, high-speed carton forming system designed to glue cardboard into finished cartons. Customers can customize the machine to suit their preferred carton sizes. It consists of three main units: the paper feeding unit, the gluing and folding unit, and the counting and stacking unit.

The entire machine operates through a PLC touch screen with servo motor control, and all units are fully automated. It also features automatic deposit, memory function, and one-touch order change adjustment. Below is an introduction to these three units.

 

Feeding Unit

The paper feeding unit uses a suction belt to deliver sheets. A horizontal vortex suction pump enhances suction strength, ensuring stable and reliable paper feeding. The unit is independently driven by two servo motors, and the feeding length can be adjusted flexibly to guarantee accuracy.

 

Gluing and Folding Unit

This section of the machine supports both hot melt and cold glue. Hot melt glue provides shaping, while cold glue ensures strong bonding. This dual-glue system prevents issues such as glue separation or cracking caused by seasonal temperature changes, particularly when food cartons are stored in cold environments.

The unit is also equipped with an indentation correction device to ensure precise folding and neat creases. It is suitable for cardboard thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 12 mm. The average gluing speed is 150 sheets per minute, with a maximum speed of up to 220 sheets per minute.

 

Counting and Stacking Unit

The counting and stacking process is fully automated, featuring touch screen control, continuous data input, automatic counting, and precise output. A deviation correction system ensures consistent accuracy.

The machine integrates paper feeding, folding, nailing, counting, and stacking into one streamlined process. Controlled by PLC and touch screen, with servo motor-driven nailing, it offers both simplicity and reliability. Automatic synchronization across all functions, along with order storage, allows quick and convenient adjustments. It also distinguishes between gluing and nailing processes, further improving efficiency.
