Product Overview

Our automatic gluing machine for boxes is a fully computerized, high-speed carton forming machine. By combining both gluing and stapling functions, one machine can handle two carton-forming requirements with ease.

This multifunctional machine can be customized according to carton size. During production, operators can freely choose either the gluing or stitching function as needed. The automatic gluing machine for boxes machine is composed of four main units:

Paper Feeding Unit

Gluing, Coating, and Folding Unit

Stitching Unit

Counting and Stacking Unit

The entire system is operated via a PLC touch screen with servo control, ensuring automation, precision, and user-friendly operation.

Feeding Unit

The paper feeding unit adopts a vacuum transfer belt system driven by a servo motor to guarantee smooth feeding without skewing. Feeding speed is automatically regulated through the PLC touch screen, making operation simple and efficient.

Gluing and Folding Unit

This unit uses imported, wear-resistant rubber belts with a long service life, suitable for cardboard thicknesses of 1.5 mm to 12 mm. It is also equipped with a secondary indentation alignment system and a deviation correction device to ensure more precise folding and cleaner creases.

Average gluing speed: 150 sheets per minute

Maximum gluing speed: 220 sheets per minute

Stitching Unit

The stitching head can be automatically raised and lowered. Gluing and stitching functions can be switched freely without removing any parts. One-touch adjustment makes operation quick and convenient.

Stitching speed: up to 70 pieces per minute

Equipped with a stitching correction system to ensure neat stitching with no skewing, with a front-to-back error margin of no more than ±3 mm.

Can also staple boxes without a bottom or cover (this requirement must be specified in advance).

Counting and Stacking Unit

The counting and stacking system is easy to operate and fully controlled via the touch screen. It supports continuous data input, automatic counting, and accurate output. A deviation correction function is also included to ensure precision.
