The carton gluing machine is a machine include correction, seam shaping, gluing, folding, laminating, alignment, counting, and paper discharge. This machine is a key component in forming cardboard into cartons. The following is a detailed introduction to this product.

Paper Feeding Unit

The carton gluing machine uses a belt-driven leading-edge suction feeding method and is equipped with a high-performance electromagnetic clutch and brake system for independent control. The adjustable pinch roller accommodates three-ply, five-ply, and seven-ply cardboard thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 12 mm. The folding unit is linked to the machine and uses variable frequency drive to adjust speeds from 0 to 200 m/min. The front baffle and belt are also adjustable.

Carton Stitching Unit

The stitching unit of this machine utilizes dual servo drive motors for high precision, minimal mechanical transmission components, and reduced mechanical failure rates. Stitching options include single, double, or reinforced stapling (double stapling at each end, single stapling in the middle). The entire nail head is made of Japanese die steel and precision-machined by computer-controlled machinery. This unit can change carton sizes and adjust the nail spacing in under a minute, saving time and facilitating easy operation. The control system utilizes a world-renowned PLC, with large servo motors controlling the nail head. In addition to stitch to form the carton box, our machines can also be configured with glue to form the carton box, or the stitching and gluing combined.

Counting and Palletizing Unit

The machine adopts independent motor control and has the characteristics of automatic palletizing and neat output. The main motor utilizes variable frequency speed regulation, ensuring stable and reliable startup. The machine utilizes a belt conveyor with speeds up to 230 m/min. Equipped with a cardboard deflection correction device and pneumatic and PLC electrical control, the counting and paper pushing operations are reliable, accurate, and fast. The system utilizes a PLC programmable controller and touch screen control for easy operation and reliable performance, allowing for data input and automatic counting without stopping the machine. The output section utilizes synchronized upper and lower belts for lamination, ensuring secure bonding and neat output. The servo differential adjustment system effectively corrects for problems such as fishtail shears errors.
