Product Overview
Our corrugated production line consists of several machines designed to produce high-quality corrugated board. The line begins with the mill roll stand, which holds the base paper and feeds it into the preheating machine. The preheating machine is mainly used for drying, as the base paper contains moisture and needs to be dried before the next process.
Next, the single facer forms the fluted paper in the corrugated board by heating (electric, steam, or oil heating). Then, the gluing machine laminates the face paper with the fluted paper and bottom paper. The double facer completes the final forming of the corrugated board through heating, cooling, and shaping.
The CNC slitting machine and CNC cross-cutting machine then accurately cut the cardboard to the required size.
