Corrugated Board Production Line

If you want to process and produce corrugated cardboard but are unsure how to choose the right equipment, let me introduce our corrugated board production line.

 

Structure and Workflow

First, the paper loading trolley places the base paper onto the mill roll stand. The base paper then passes through the preheating cylinder, which heats the paper to make it easier to form. After that, the paper moves through the mill roll stand (supporting the base paper) and into the single facer, which produces corrugated paper.

The single facer bonds one layer of corrugated paper with one layer of base paper. Next, these two layers enter the gluing machine together with the face paper, which is fed through the paper bridge. The glued cardboard then passes through the double facer for pressing and shaping.

Afterward, the cardboard enters the thin blade slitting and creasing machine for cutting, and then into the spiral slotting machine for further cutting. Finally, the finished cardboard is sent to the stacking machine for collection and sorting.

Quick-Change Single Facer (optional)
The quick-change single facer in our corrugated board production line, designed by our engineers, greatly improves overall efficiency. While an ordinary single facer requires 1 to 2 days to replace the corrugated roller, our quick-change single facer reduces this time to only about 30 minutes. The time saved can then be fully dedicated to production.

 

Production Management System
The production management system enhances the automation of the line, making operation easier. It reduces material loss, improves base paper utilization, and lowers costs. At the same time, it stabilizes cardboard quality, increases the average working speed (up to 300 m/min), and boosts production capacity. The system also automatically tracks production status, allowing operators to easily monitor and control the line at any time-significantly improving work efficiency.

 

Overpass Automatic Deviation Correction
The non-powered deviation correction mode saves energy while providing high-precision paper alignment, ensuring more accurate cardboard production. No manual adjustments are needed when the paper width changes. The full-width infrared detection curtain minimizes waste caused by paper tearing or uneven paper edges.

Q: How long it will take to produce machine?

A: Delivery time largely depends on the machine type, for some small machine like manual stitching machine, manual banding machine etc, usually we have stock available.

But for the large machines like carton printing die cutting machine, automatic stitching machine etc, it usually takes around 35-50 days to produce.
