Product Overview

Our 3 ply corrugated cardboard production line can produce corrugated cardboard with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 12 mm. This production line consists of nine machines. Below, we will explain the function of each machine one by one.

The mill roll stand is used for feeding the base paper. The preheating cylinder dries the base paper-only after the moisture is removed can the following processes proceed. The single facer machine produces the fluted paper and glues it together with the base paper. Our single facer supports the production of A, B, C, D, and E flutes according to customer requirements. In addition, our single facer machines come in both high-speed and low-speed models. The commonly used corrugated roller diameters are 280 mm, 320 mm, 360 mm, and 405 mm.

Next is the multi-layer preheating cylinder, with the number of cylinders depending on the number of layers being produced. Following that is the gluing machine, which applies glue to the entire corrugated board. Afterward comes the double facer machine, which finalizes the corrugated board through steam heating, roller cooling, and paper forming. Then, the NC slitter scorer machine and the NC cross-cutting machine are used to cut the corrugated board into customer-specified sizes. The final component is the conveyor bridge, which is essential for transferring paper throughout the production process. The conveyor bridge is equipped with safety guardrails and foot pedals, and the operation side includes safety escalators to ensure worker safety and ease of use.
