The carton folding gluing machine consists of a vacuum paper feeding unit, a gluing and folding unit, a stitching unit, and a counting and stacking unit. It features automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic stitching, automatic counting, and automatic stacking output.
Through the PLC control system, functions such as main machine start/stop, speed adjustment, fan start/stop, paper feeding start/stop, emergency stop, left and right arm adjustment, gluing adjustment, and box adjustment can be easily managed. The gluing speed reaches 120 meters per minute, and the stitching speed reaches 600 times per minute, offering high speed, energy efficiency, and labor cost savings.
Feeding Unit
The feeding unit adopts belt feeding with vacuum absorption, ensuring accurate and reliable paper feeding.
It is equipped with a high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, allowing independent control of the paper feeding section for simple and reliable operation.
The height of the paper pressing wheel is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thicknesses ranging from 2 to 8mm.
The feeding unit is linked to the folding unit and features frequency conversion control, with a paper feeding speed range of 0–150 m/min.
Folding Gluing Unit
