The maintenance cycle of single-sided corrugated machine mainly includes the following aspects:
Maintenance of mechanical transmission:
Fasteners inspection: Check the fixing screws of the connection of each mechanical accessory of the equipment every month, such as machine fasteners, bearings, transmission shafts, oil cylinders, oil pipe joints, etc., to ensure that there is no looseness.
Universal joint inspection: Keep lubricated, and replace in time if wear is found.
Synchronous belt and chain inspection: Check the belt tightness, whether the edge is broken, whether the synchronous belt rack is worn, whether the chain is short of oil, and replace it in time if there is any abnormality.
Gearbox inspection: Check whether the gearbox has abnormal noise, whether the gear oil level is normal, whether there is oil leakage, and observe
whether the gear is damaged.
Bearing lubrication inspection and maintenance:
Corrugated roller and pressure roller bearings: Regularly, quantitatively, and by designated personnel every month and perform inspections according to standards.
Bearings of each paper guide roller and transmission shaft: Replace them according to the site and spare parts to reduce equipment operation failures.
Inspection and maintenance of the air circuit:
Compressed air pipeline: Check whether there is any leakage in the compressed air pipe and replace the aging air pipe in time.
Steam pipeline: Check whether there is any steam leakage in the steam air pipe, rotary joint, etc. If there is any leakage, report it in time.
Check the gap:
Corrugated roller eccentricity and gap: Use double-sided tape to detect the gap between the paste wheel and the corrugated roller. The normal value is 8-10 wires. If it is inconsistent, it needs to be corrected.
Pressure roller gap: Check the pressure between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller to ensure it is normal.
Other maintenance measures:
When the corrugator is in working state: Keep the suction system unobstructed.
Add lubricating oil to the bearing parts and chain gears of the machine regularly every day.
Thermal roller, pressure roller, corrugated roller parts: Keep them clean.
Heating devices such as valve joints of steam pipes: Check regularly and report any leaks promptly.
Working status of motors and circuits: Check regularly whether the working status of motors and circuits in various parts is normal and handle abnormal situations promptly.
