2. The hardness and softness of the raw materials of the carton should be moderate.
Cartons with too soft raw materials are not suitable for fully automatic carton openers. Because the fully automatic carton opener has some particularly large organizational impact forces when working, it will cause the carton to form unstable elements.
3. The front and back covers and side covers of the carton should be cut in a standardized manner.
There are errors in the production of any product, which is understandable, but if this error exceeds the compatible level, the equipment itself may have certain problems in use, and the carton opener products are the most prominent. A common phenomenon is that the two side covers of the carton cannot be aligned. Many users usually open the boxes manually. They just use a little external force to push the box and it will be straightened. However, the box opening machine does not have this function.
