The automatic flute laminating machine is the core equipment for precisely laminating corrugated paper and face paper. The following outlines a simple and easy-to-understand standard operating procedure covering four key steps: "Startup Preparation - Parameter Setting - Production Monitoring - Shutdown and Closure" to help beginners quickly master the key operating points.
1. Pre-Startup Preparation
Before operation, verify the equipment status and materials to avoid malfunctions after startup:
Check the equipment status: Walk around the machine to inspect key components-check the laminating roller for scratches, the conveyor belt for damage, and the photoelectric sensor probe for dust. Press the emergency stop button to test and ensure that the machine shuts down properly.
Check the material compatibility: Confirm that the face paper and corrugated paper match in size, and that there are no wrinkles on the face paper or crushes on the corrugated paper. The glue should be mixed thoroughly in advance and measured with a viscometer.
2. Startup Operation
After starting the automatic flute laminating machine, first perform parameter settings and a test run to calibrate accuracy:
Starting the Basic Machine Procedure
Turn on the main power supply and press the "Power" button. When the display illuminates, click "Manual Mode" and press the "Jog" button to idle the conveyor belt and laminating roller for one revolution. Verify there are no lags, then switch to "Automatic Mode."
Adjusting Key Parameters
Set key parameters on the display according to the board specifications. Beginners can refer to the following basic values:
Laminating Pressure: For corrugated paper thicknesses up to 3mm, set the value to 0.2-0.3MPa; for thicknesses 3-5mm, set the value to 0.3-0.4MPa. (Too little pressure can cause bubbles, while too much pressure can cause the corrugation to collapse.)
Conveyor Speed: Initially set to 8-10m/min (beginners are advised to start at a low speed and increase it as they become proficient).
Glue Amount: Turn the glue roller adjustment knob to maintain a gap of 0.1-0.3mm (ensure that the glue is evenly applied to the back of the paper and that there is no excess glue at the edges). Machine Calibration
Take 1-2 sheets of facial tissue and corrugated paper and place them on the facial tissue conveyor and corrugated paper conveyor respectively. Press the "Single Run" button to allow the machine to complete a single lamination cycle. Remove the finished product and inspect it: If there are bubbles, increase the lamination pressure appropriately. If there is misalignment, fine-tune the photoelectric sensor position until the two sheets are aligned.

3. Production Monitoring
When using an automatic flute laminating machine for batch production, perform checks every 5-10 minutes to prevent problematic batches:
Lamination Quality: Observe the finished product for bubbles, glue overflow, or misalignment. Immediately pause and adjust if any issues are found.
Material Condition: Check for misalignment in the corrugated paper stack and sufficient glue in the glue bucket.
4. Closing the Machine
After the production cycle is complete, do not turn off the power immediately. Complete the following finishing steps:
First, convey all remaining material, then press the "Stop" button to switch to "Manual Mode."
Wipe the laminating and gluing rollers with a soft cloth dampened with neutral detergent to remove any residual glue.
Clean any scraps of paper from the conveyor belt surface and check that the sensor probe is clean.
Turn off the power and main switch of the automatic flute laminating machine and return the waste materials and tools to their original locations.
