This automatic flute laminator is semi-automatic, making it more affordable than fully automatic models. It achieves lamination accuracy of ±1.5mm, greatly reducing the low accuracy and mismatch between surface paper and bottom paper that often occurs with manual operation. It also saves labor costs, as the entire machine requires only two operators for feeding and collecting paper, reducing labor intensity.

2. Stable Operation

The three units of the machine operate in balance. The feeding unit requires manual paper feeding and is equipped with an automatic bottom paper suction system, which automatically tracks the speed of manual paper feeding. The surface paper can be stacked up to 100mm high at a time and rises automatically, eliminating the need for frequent adjustment.

The gluing unit uses a fully automatic glue replenishment system, which replenishes glue lost during lamination. Combined with the glue recycling system, this prevents glue waste.

In the pressing unit, after the bottom paper is evenly coated with glue, it is transported by a high-speed conveyor belt to the laminating position. The surface paper is also manually delivered to this position, and the two are automatically laminated through the photoelectric eye sensor.

After lamination, the board passes through the pre-pressing roller for initial setting (with adjustable pressure), then is shaped and finally collected.
