Paper Feeding Unit

This flute lamination machine eliminates the need for manual paper feeding and features an automatic bottom paper suction system that automatically tracks the speed of manual paper feeding. Top paper can be stacked up to 1.5 meters at a time and automatically rises, eliminating the need for frequent paper movement. This makes paper feeding easier, adding bottom paper more convenient, and increasing efficiency. It is suitable for laminating color-printed paper to corrugated paper, as well as color-printed paper to gray board.

In addition, this machine utilizes pre-positioning for high positioning accuracy, with a tolerance of ±1.0mm. The bottom paper advances at a speed that never exceeds the front paper, and the amount of top paper advance is adjustable.
