1. Equipment structure

The high speed flexo folder gluer usually consists of a paper feeding unit, a printing unit, a folding mechanism, a bonding unit and a counting and stacking unit. The folding mechanism is the key module, which adopts spiral curved folding wheels, hydraulically driven lower pressure plates, adsorption positioning devices and other designs to ensure that the cardboard is accurately aligned during high-speed transmission.

2. Transmission system

Adopting servo drive and variable frequency speed regulation technology, combined with vacuum adsorption paper feeding device, it can achieve high-speed continuous production of 150-350 sheets per minute. Some models are equipped with a double conveyor belt system, which clamps the cardboard through the upper and lower conveyor belts for synchronous transmission to reduce the risk of deviation.

3. Core configuration

The high speed flexo folder gluer is equipped with a PLC control system and a touch screen operation interface as standard, which supports fast adjustment of parameters (such as pressure, speed, and glue application amount). Some equipment has built-in sensors that can automatically detect the thickness of the cardboard and adjust the pressing force.

The glue section of our equipment has three different configurations: fully automatic gluer, fully automatic nailer, and fully automatic glue and nailer. You can choose the most suitable model according to the cost of local raw materials or the type of carton.
