Feeding Unit

The paper feeding unit of flexo printing machine for corrugated carton is designed to handle a wide range of paper specifications and is suitable for cardboard with a thickness of 1.5 to 12mm. Printing Unit

Our flexo printing machine for corrugated carton is equipped with a skip-feeding function attached to a vacuum suction box. All suction wheels are made of ceramic material.

The vacuum suction box uses a light pressure setting to improve printing quality.

The printing pressure adopts advanced European high inking technology with a piston-type adjustment of 0.015mm to ensure accuracy and avoid printing defects.

The printing phase is adjusted via PLC, touch screen, and electric control, allowing for 360-degree adjustment.

 

Slotting Unit

Our flexo printing machine for corrugated carton offers a variety of slotting options to meet different production needs.

The manual slotter provides manual control for those who prefer a more intuitive operation, while the electric adjustment slotter allows for quick order changeovers at the push of a button.

The equipment features one-click order exchange and four-link rotary die cutting with PLC and rotary encoder control, enabling automatic adjustment of slot distance and carton height.

The slotting rollers are surface-treated with hard chromium plating.

It is equipped with a touch screen control panel, PLC detection and adjustment, and an automatic positioning function.

 

Die Cutting Unit

The flexo printing machine for corrugated carton offers four different knife adjustment techniques, one-click order exchange, a servo motor–individually driven die cutting unit, and a rotary die cutting machine.

The electric die cutting knives can be adjusted in all directions. Additionally, there is an adjustment range of +8mm for the die cutting roller.

The cylinder eccentric device can be automatically or manually disengaged when the die cutting roller and rubber roller are not in use during the die cutting process. This reduces the machine's no-load operation and prolongs the service life of the die cutting rubber and blades.
