The carton printer machine uses a servo pressure-free leading-edge feeding system, combined with a fan-assisted device that adjusts air volume according to different cardboard bending conditions. This ensures smooth paper feeding with minimal damage to the cardboard. The machine can process cardboard with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 12 mm. During operation, brushes are employed to remove dust, paper scraps, and other debris from the cardboard surface. Operation is simple, and the paper feeding quality is high, with speeds of up to 300 sheets per minute.

 

Printing Unit

The standard configuration of the printing unit includes a metal anilox roller and a rubber roller, suitable for printing simple patterns. For higher printing requirements, the configuration can be upgraded to high-end ceramic anilox rollers and doctor blades, which allow for finer printing such as QR codes. The ink system ensures stable ink supply and effective impurity filtration, guaranteeing printing accuracy and ease of operation. In addition, our factory provides custom printing plate services, enabling customers to print cartons with their unique designs.

 

Slotting Unit

The slotting unit is primarily designed for producing regular cartons. Its solid steel shafts are precision-ground and chrome-plated. Depending on the slotting knife adjustment method, the slotting unit is available in three models: manual adjustment, electric adjustment via button, and one-click order change controlled by a PLC touch screen. Customers can select the model that best suits their needs.

 

Die Cutting Unit

The die cutting unit can produce both regular and irregular cartons. Our factory also offers custom die cutting plate services to meet specific production requirements such as size and shape. By changing the die cutting plates, customers can produce different carton types.

 

 

Our carton printer machine handles cardboard thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 12 mm. Its slotting and die cutting units are designed to produce both regular and irregular cartons.
