Feeding Unit

The paper feeding unit can handle three-layer, five-layer and seven-layer corrugated cardboard with a thickness of 1.5 mm to 12 mm. Through the adjustment of the PLC control system, the paper feeding unit can smoothly and efficiently complete the paper feeding process. The counting device can be set to continuous paper feeding or skipping paper feeding. The paper feeding roller adopts an embossed roller with a hard chrome-plated surface, which is wear-resistant and smooth, ensuring the good paper feeding effect.

Printing Unit

The Flexo Multi-Color Fully Automatic Carton Box Printer Slotter Die Cutter Machine offers three different printing configurations:

Metal Anilox Roller + Rubber Roller

Ceramic Anilox Roller + Doctor Blade

Ceramic Anilox Roller + Rubber Roller

These configurations can print patterns and texts clearly to meet customers' printing requirements. Customers can choose from these three printing configurations according to different printing requirements. If you want to print ordinary patterns and texts, we recommend metal anilox roller + rubber roller; if you want to print QR codes and other patterns that require high color fidelity, we recommend ceramic anilox roller + doctor blade configuration.

Mainly used for processing standard cardboard to make regular carton, it offers three knives adjutment method:

The slotting knives is 7mm thick and is made of high-quality imported alloy steel after heat treatment. The crescent-shaped blade has high hardness, strong toughness and strong wear resistance. It is equipped with a high-precision frequency conversion speed regulation system, 360-degree speed regulation, and supports forward and reverse direction switching. If the customer chooses electric adjustment or one-button order change, the position of the slotting knife can be switched within 3 minutes by pressing a button or directly on the electronic screen, saving time and meeting various customer order requirements.

Die Cutting Unit

The die cutting unit is equipped with a digital display, PLC and rotary encoder to achieve automatic detection. The die-cutting knife is electrically adjustable 360 degrees and the die-cutting roller is adjustable within a range of ±8mm. For safety reasons, the unit is also equipped with an emergency stop device that can stop at any time to ensure the safety of the staff.
