Finally, the cardboard enters the die-cutting unit. This unit is mainly used to process irregular shaped cartons. The process installs wooden die-cutting knives on the die-cutting lower roller, which rotates to cut the cardboard. An optional waste discharge device is available below the die-cutting unit to ensure long-term stable production. Customers can choose the die-cutting machine configuration according to their needs: standard die-cutting machine or servo independent drive die-cutting machine (more suitable for thicker cardboard).
