Machine Function and Workflow

Our corrugated flexo printing machine is mainly used to process corrugated boxes. It can handle cardboard with a thickness of 5–12mm.

First, the worker places the corrugated cardboard at the front edge of the paper feeding section. The cardboard enters the machine with the help of the front edge roller and moves to the printing unit. The printing roller is equipped with a printing plate, and an ink inlet at the top of the machine evenly distributes ink onto the plate. The printing plate then transfers the ink uniformly onto the corrugated cardboard.

After printing, the cardboard enters the slotting unit. This unit is primarily used to process conventional corrugated boxes. The cardboard is shaped by the rotation of the slotting knife and then moves to the die-cutting unit, which is used to process unconventional corrugated boxes. This step is completed by the die-cutting plate mounted on the die-cutting roller. Users can order the die-cutting plate according to their needs, and we can also customize it based on specific requirements.

Finally, the vibrating stacker connected to the die-cutting unit stacks the shaped corrugated cardboard.
