2. Fully automatic stacking

After the cardboard is formed into a carton by gluing or nailing, there is an automatic stacking process before automatic strapping. The number of stacked cartons is the number of strapped cartons (the number can be adjusted).

3. Fully automatic steering

The stacked cartons will automatically steering when they are transported to the strapping station, changing from horizontally stacked cartons to vertically stacked cartons for easier strapping.

4. Fully automatic aligning

In order to prevent the cartons from being uneven and no alignment during the stacking and steering process, the machine is also equipped with an automatic aligning device to automatically align the stacked cartons so that the strapped cartons are also neat and aligned.

5. Full automatic strapping

The automatic box strapping machine can be divide into two models: pp strapping and pe strapping machine. PP strapping tape(polypropylene strapping tape) is a hard strapping tape and is strapped by hot melt method while PE strapping tape(polyethylene strapping tape) is a soft tape and is strapped in a buckled manner.
