Semi Automatic Electric Driven PP Belt Strapping Machine

Our semi-automatic electric PP strapping machine is designed to meet the strapping needs of the corrugated box industry. It is easy to operate and occupies a small area. It has been well received since its launch. The following is a detailed introduction to this machine.

 

Workflow

To operate this machine, the operator first needs to take a section of PP strapping tape from the machine's strapping reel. Then the strapping tape is fed into the machine. The items to be strapped (such as a stack of corrugated boxes) are placed in a suitable position for operation. After the strapping tape is tightened, the strapping head begins to seal the strapping tape using heat fusion or ultrasonic welding technology to connect the two ends of the strapping tape together. This creates a strong and durable connection. After the sealing is completed, the excess strapping tape will be cut off, leaving a neatly bundled package.

This semi-automatic electric PP strapping machine has three operating modes: Induction, Manual, and Continuous.

 

Induction Mode

In induction mode, this machine is equipped with sensors. Once the sensors detect that a parcel is approaching the strapping area, the machine automatically starts the strapping process. This hands-free operation not only saves time but also reduces the risk of human error.

 

Manual Mode

In this mode, the operator has full control over the strapping process. Once the package is ready, the operator can use the foot pedal to initiate the strapping operation. This mode is ideal for situations where package sizes or types change frequently. For example, in a small or medium-sized printing and packaging company that processes custom-sized corrugated boxes, manual mode allows the operator to adjust the strapping process to the specific requirements of each package. It gives the operator the freedom to ensure that each carton is securely strapped, regardless of its size.

 

Continuous Strapping Mode

In this mode, the operator can set the time interval between two consecutive strapping operations. The operator only needs to place the corrugated boxes to be strapped at the specified location within this time interval. This mode is more suitable for large-volume orders with relatively fixed carton sizes.
