Mechanical Description

The cassette single facer machine adopts a hood suction structure and is equipped with a high-pressure, powerful fan. The air suction system includes a silencer. Both the air source and electrical control systems are located in a single operating cabinet, positioned at least 1.5 meters away from the main machine. The operating side is fully enclosed and covered.

The wallboard is cast iron with a thickness of 130 mm.

The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, tempered, medium-frequency quenched, and polished. The main corrugated roller has a diameter of 280 mm, with a surface hardness above HRC58. Bearings for the key components of the corrugated and pressure rollers are high-temperature-resistant and produced in Wafangdian. The machine runs with a chain drive system.

The pressure roller has a diameter of 295 mm, with a ground and chrome-plated surface. Its up-and-down movement is controlled by a cylinder. The material is medium carbon steel No. 45, tempered, and equipped with a buffer device.

The glue feeding and de-gumming system is pneumatically controlled. The glue coating roller has a diameter of 216 mm, with a polished surface engraved with 25 lines of pit-type mesh, then hard chrome plated. The scraping roller is also polished and chrome plated.

The raw materials for the corrugated and pressure rollers are supplied by Zhongyuan Special Steel, with limit devices. The clamping cylinder uses a 160 mm cylinder.

The preheating roller is made of seamless steel pipe, 320 mm in diameter, produced by Tiangang.
