Working Principle

Carton sheet supply: The pre-prepared carton sheets are placed manually at the designated position, and the it automatically grabs the carton sheets through the conveyor belt.

Alignment and positioning: The corrugated folder gluer uses precise sensors and positioning mechanisms to ensure that the carton sheets are accurately aligned to meet the predetermined size and position requirements.

Gluing: The gluing system evenly applies glue to the bonding parts of the carton sheets. The glue is usually hot melt glue or water-based glue.

Bonding: The carton sheets are tightly bonded under pressure, and the machine automatically adjusts the pressure and time to ensure a firm bond.

Output: The bonded cartons are sent through the conveyor belt to the conveyor table behind the corrugated folder gluer for easy collection by workers.

Structural Composition

Feeding section: including paper feeding table, paper feeding belt, etc., to transport the cardboard to the subsequent process.

Gluing section: with glue groove, glue roller, etc., responsible for gluing the glue on the bonding part of the cardboard.
