Others: including some auxiliary components, such as transmission belts, motors, control cabinets, etc. The transmission belt is used to connect various devices to realize the transmission of power and the transportation of paper; the motor provides power for the operation of the entire machine; the control cabinet is used to control the start, stop, speed adjustment and other operations of the angle board machine to ensure that the machine is produced according to the set parameters and processes.

Working principle

After the motor is started, the paper guide roller is driven to rotate through the transmission device, and the friction between the roller and the paper is used to pull the paper out of the paper roll or paper pile and convey it forward along the set path. The conveying speed can be adjusted through the control cabinet to meet different production needs.

The glue roller or glue brush in the gluing device rotates under the drive of the motor on the angle board machine to bring the glue out of the glue groove and apply it on the surface of the paper. The supply of glue can be controlled by adjusting the contact depth between the glue roller and the glue liquid surface or the flow rate of the glue pump to ensure that the paper surface obtains the right amount of glue evenly.

The glued paper enters the forming area composed of the "V"-shaped pressure rollers. The shape and angle design of the "V"-shaped pressure rollers make the edges of the paper squeezed and bent when passing through, gradually forming a right angle shape. The pressure between the pressure rollers can be adjusted according to the thickness and material of the paper to ensure the forming effect of the paper corner guard.

When the formed paper corner guard is transported to the cutting device of angle board machine, the control system triggers the cylinder action according to the preset length signal. The cylinder pushes the "V"-shaped die to move downward quickly to cut off the paper corner guard. During the cutting process, the edge design of the die and the cutting speed have an important influence on the quality of the cut surface. It is necessary to ensure that the cut surface is smooth and burr-free to meet the quality requirements of the product.
